A breathing coaching session lasts 2 hours and consists of four phases. In the first phase we discuss your personal situation and the desired transformation. Then follows the 2nd phase which is the physical breathing phase. The 3rd phase is the mental / emotional phase. And the last phase is the integration phase his is the phase in which you come to the deeper sense yourself. This is the level in which all the transformed gets a place.
